2008/2009 Studio Calendar

 

July 26th – 10:00-2:00 Fall registration and shoe sizing at the studio.

Aug. 6th – 10:00-2:00 Fall registration and shoe sizing at the studio.
Aug. 17th – Sunday competition classes begin.
Aug. 25th–28th – Fall classes begin – September tuition due.
Aug. 31st & Sep. 1st –Labor Day – No classes (Sunday & Monday classes will meet
Thanksgiving week to make up for Labor day)..

October 1st-7th – October tuition due
October 12th-16th – Parent Observation week – Room 1
October 19th-23rd – Parent Observation week – Room 2

November 2nd-6th – November tuition & costume deposit due ($35.00 per costume)
November 23rd & 24th –Sunday & Monday classes are in session to make up Labor
Day Holiday.
November 25th - 30th – Thanksgiving break – No classes

December 1st-7th – December tuition due
December 7th-11th – Parent Observation – Room 1
December 14th-18th – Parent Observation – Room 2

December 22nd – January 3rd – Christmas break – No classes

January 4th-9th – January tuition & Recital fee due ($25.00 per child)

February 1st-7th – February tuition due
February 15th-19th – Parent Observation week – Room 1
February 22nd – 26th – Parent Observation week – Room 2

March 1st-7th – March tuition & costume balance due
March 16th-28th – Spring break – No classes (16th – 20th will be used to make-up
snow days if needed)

April 1st-7th – April tuition due
April 12th – Easter Sunday - No classes

May 1st-7th – May tuition due
May 14th – Rehearsal at Ames City Auditorium
May 15th – Dress Rehearsal at Ames City Auditorium
May 16th & 17th –Recital at Ames City Auditorium (times TBA)
